Born and raised in East Vancouver, Richard has seen the city evolve over the years. As a child, he worked alongside his father building and remodeling homes, sparking a lasting interest in Real Estate and giving him a solid foundation in the industry.
Helping others has always driven Richard. At 22, he became a firefighter—an experience that shaped his outlook and personal growth. He also turned his passion for fitness into two successful gym businesses in the Lower Mainland, where he discovered his natural talent for connecting with people and building strong communities.

Dean is a born-and-raised Vancouverite with deep roots in East Vancouver, where he grew up immersed in a vibrant mix of cultures and characters. Karen McVie launched her real estate career in 2021, driven by a passion for helping people, a love for design and development, and years of encouragement from family and friends who recognized her natural ability to connect with others. Realizing that real estate combined everything she loved most, she decided to pursue her license and never looked back.
Her dedication paid off immediately. Within just one week of becoming licensed, Karen successfully completed her first sale. In her spare time, she loves being surrounded by her husband, family, friends, and beloved niece and nephews.
